I’m such a sucker for black and white so this striped skirt is just perfect for my wardrobe. The first look features a peplum top that makes the look more feminine. I added the gold statement necklace just to give the look a little detail. The second look is a little more edgey with a denim top and gold studded belt. I paired both looks with my Kate Middelton inspired black wedges. Which look is your favorite?

I love the first outfit with the peplum! Usually, I only pair my peplum shirts with form-fitting pants, but mixing it up with a bold pattern looks fantastic and is so unexpected. You’ve definitely inspired me for a future post!

I would love to see what you do with flowly peasant skirts. I have serval of them and like to wear them with sandals but sometimes I feel frumby in them. Also, I have alot of black in my closet and feel if I have a top or blouse that has black in it that I need to wear black pants as well. What do you suggest?
