It’s Saturday and I’m having fun with today’s look! Printed palazzo pants are all the rage right now and this pair is defiantly a show stopper. The first look is tailored for these hot August nights, I paired a simple teal tank with a mustard statement necklace and waist cinching belt. For the second look I’m thinking ahead on how I can wear this printed pants for cooler fall weather. I paired this flowy teal sweater, which I knotted on the side for a more flattering look, with an aztec style necklace. Which look is your favorite?

I promised “game day” themed attire on Fridays and here is my first one! My photographer (who happens to be my very handsome husband) took a quick shot of me on our lunch break today. Since the season isn’t in full swing I opted for a toned down team themed look with a crimson pencil skirt and ivory peasant style top topped off with a elephant pendant necklace.

Today’s look is all about leopard. Everywhere I look leopard is trending for fall, of course this is great to hear since I wear it for every season anyway! To me leopard is a neutral and I pair it with almost anything. For the first look I’m daringly wearing leopard to the office, now keep in mind this may not be appropriate for every office environment. I paired the top with a bright red skirt and nude wedge heels with a touch of gold jewelry. FYI I am obsessed with pairing leopard and gold!! For the second look I’m pairing the top with a brown legging and a heeled tall boot. The second look is great for traveling because it’s comfy but not frumpy. Which look is your favorite? Would you dare wear leopard to the office?

Notice something different??? I went back to my natural hair color! I know what you’re thinking, “I can’t believe she wasn’t a natural blonde” ha ha. Well, with the new hair color I am loving neutral colors that kind of washed me out before, that’s why I was so excited to try this lace sleeved creme top out today. I love when a top can be worn casually and for work and this one worked perfectly for both! For the first look I paired the top with a leopard print pencil skirt and nude pumps, I would probably wear a smaller heel for work but I did love the look the sky high heel added. For the second look I added some extra dark skinny jeans and leopard booties, this look could be worn now or carry you into fall. Which look is your favorite? Also, I must know what you think about the new hair color!!! I want feedback! 🙂

Happy Friday everyone! I’m so excited to be featuring a new look from The Willow Tree. I saw this crimson top and immediately thought of a million ways I could wear it. I love fall fashion, especially fall boots, so for the first look I paired the top with skinny jeans (my favorite pair of skinnies of all time by the way) and tan heeled boots. I love a top that can be worn casually or dressed up for work and this top worked perfectly for both. For the second look I added a snake-print pencil skirt and black pumps. You could also add black tights to this second look for cooler weather. This is a tough one for me because I love both looks!!!! Which is your favorite? Are you as ready as me for fall fashion??

The countdown has begun….only 9 days until college football season kicks off! I have a tradition of wearing my team colors on Fridays just in case anyone doesn’t already know who I’m pulling for. *ROLL TIDE* So in preparation I’m already planning my crimson and houndstooth themed outfits. Today’s look is an adorable crimson and gray abstract print dress. I’m showing it first with fall boots, perfect for when the temperature starts to drop and second with nude pumps that work while the temperature is still roasting. I would wear either look for work and would add flat sandals or riding boots for a true gameday look. Which look is your favorite? Do you support your team at the office or only on weekends?

I love all things black and white, so when I spotted these black and white striped pants I just couldn’t resist! I found this inspiration look on Pinterest but decided I would go with basic black on top for my first try with these bold pants. I also added a pop of yellow with a statement necklace to break up the black on top. Pattern pants are everywhere for fall and I think it might be one of my favorite new trends! Next time I wear these I would love to add more color with a red top that may just be perfect for a game day look! What are your thoughts on these bold pants??

I’ve had several requests on maxi skirt looks so here is a couple of ways I wear mine! I love the maxi trend and was timid to join in at first because I’m only 5’2, but after trying a few looks I found that they actually can make me look taller. The real key for me is to pair the skirt with a top that can be tucked in at the waist. The first look is something I would wear out to dinner with my hubby or on vacation. I added a simple black tank with a statement necklace to keep things sleek. I also paired the look with heels to elongate my legs. For the second look I added a pop of coral with a simple v-neck tee and long cross necklace. This is a look I would wear shopping or to lunch with friends so I kept it comfy with flat sandals. Because maxi skirts are so easy and comfortable I would be more likely to wear the second look but as you can see it’s easy to dress one up too! Which look is your favorite?
